Last week the Year 2's went to the Redland Museum to learn about how technology has changed over time. The students enjoyed the walk down to the museum and were amazed at everything the museum volunteers had to share about the past. The students were given the opportunity to go 'back in time' and experience what school was like many years ago, ride on an old carriage train and see just how hard it was to do the washing with no electricity. It was a wonderful day out that provided rich learning opportunities for the Year 2 children.
